These are unprecedentedly challenging times, and understandably very difficult for many, e.g. people impacted by Corona virus, and those who have lost their jobs, have been furloughed and fear that might lose it, and the self-employed and businesses who are finding it a tough going. From Monday 19 October 2020, marriages and civil partnerships ceremonies are limited to 25 people. This number includes children under 12 and the celebrant.
